Bringing clubhouse chatter to you. Curated access to top-tier private companies.
Expression of Interest
Off-market private investment opportunities for accredited investors only.
No spam. No commitments. Just updates when it matters.
The Concept
What It Is: Wedge Fund surfaces access to the private companies everyone reads about a year later — names like SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other top-tier names that rarely reach retail investors. I don’t structure these deals from scratch. I curate access to them through trusted vehicles, partners, and networks and bring them to accredited investors who’d rather not miss the next one.
How It Works: Each opportunity is shared first inside the No Strokes ecosystem — through the newsletter and pod — at the education and general-interest level. Accredited investors who want to go deeper verify their status, receive the full terms and structure directly, and decide whether to allocate. No public solicitation. No mass-email pitches. Just curated deal flow for the people positioned to act on it.
My Role: Wedge Fund is my independent vehicle for the deals that come through my network. Wedge Fund doesn’t layer management fees or carry on top of the deal. I am compensated directly by the deal sponsor through a small carry allocation — meaning I only win if the deal wins, and my interests are aligned with yours. You pay the standard terms of the underlying offering. Nothing more.
If a deal doesn’t clear my own bar, it doesn’t make it to Wedge Fund — regardless of carry.
I will share only deals that I would personally consider investing in. If you are accredited and interested, apply for access.
Once you indicate interest I will share the terms. From there, let me know your preferred allocation and I will connect you with the sponsor.
All investment proceeds flow directly from the sponsor. Not me. I do not collect a management fee nor deal carry from your specific allocation.
The Watchlist
These are illustrative examples of the types of companies the Wedge Fund framework analyses. This is not investment advice.
Digital Banking
Erebor is the new bank backed by Palmer Luckey, Joe Lonsdale, and the Founders Fund network. The thesis: build a financial institution from scratch, designed for the modern tech and defense economy, with a leadership team that has been the customer for 15 years. The cap table reads like a who’s who of American technology.
CPG & Entertainment
Beast Industries is the operating company behind MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson). The company spans the YouTube content engine, Feastables (CPG, primarily chocolate), MrBeast Burger (revised), and a growing media + IP arm.
Defense Technology
Anduril is one of the only defense companies actually delivering autonomous systems at the speed the Pentagon needs them. The team is heavy on Palmer Luckey and ex-Palantir / SpaceX operators who flipped the contracting model to build first, sell second, skip the RFP cycle. The bet is on the autonomous, vertically-integrated, software-first defense future the Pentagon is openly planning for, and Anduril is already building the factories.
Predicition Markets
Kalshi is the leading CFTC-regulated prediction market platform in the United States. They cleared the regulatory path nobody else could clear, became one of the only retail venues for legal event-based contracts, and are now expanding into adjacent categories at a rate that puts them at the front of a structurally winner-take-most market. Volume compounds. Brand recognition compounds. Regulatory moat compounds.
Neuro Technology
Neuralink is the first of two horses we're backing in BCI. The team built the only fully automated implant procedure in the field, with N1 devices in 21+ patients across four countries and FDA Breakthrough designations for both speech and vision. The bet is that brain-computer interfaces become the next major medical device platform over the next decade, and the company that solves manufacturing throughput first owns the category.
Frontier Artificial Intelligence
Anthropic is one of the two labs at the foundation-model frontier, alongside OpenAI. The team came out of OpenAI in 2021 and has built distribution in enterprise — Cursor, Replit, big banks, federal — where reliability and safety posture matter more than benchmark wins. The bet is that as AI moves from consumer novelty to regulated workflows, the labs that built for that environment from the start are positioned to capture the durable revenue.
The Investor

Media Entreprenuer & Investor
I've made my career building/investing in media and consumer tech companies.
As a creator, I built and sold Pitch Reviews; a private markets newsletter that grew to 75K subs (acquired by KingsCrowd).
As a founder, I grew Technori from a monthly event into a 7-figure media business, and helped scale Songfinch from <$500k in lifetime sales to $100M; raising capital from some of the biggest firms in venture.
I'm also an early investor and advisor in over a dozen startups (including multiple unicorns), and led GTM for the first retail private equity fund with Republic/Hamilton Lane (HLPIF).
Currently, I invest in Creators as Managing Partner @ GigaStar Capital, and host the No Strokes Golf Podcast.
